Once we see your signed lease, we reach out to schedule a delivery window that works for you.
On delivery day, the remaining $40 covers your first month. After that it's just $60/month — no surprises.
We install, test, and walk you through everything. When you're done renting, we come pick it up.

Our Sets
Most of our sets are refurbished direct-drive Whirlpools, Kenmores, and Ropers — built to last and easy to service. Every machine is fully tested, cleaned, and ready to run before it goes out.
A note on what shows up at your door: the photos above are examples of the kinds of machines we rent. The exact set you receive may not be one of these — but we guarantee it'll be a good-looking set in solid working condition. We test every machine before it leaves us.
Common Questions
No. We don't pull credit. The reservation fee and a valid delivery address are all we need to get you started.
Month-to-month — no contract, no minimum term. If you cancel before 6 months there's a one-time $60 pickup fee (one month of rent), which covers the cost of coming back out to pick the set up. After 6 months, pickup is free whenever you're done.
If you decide to end the rental in the first 6 months, we charge a $60 pickup fee on the way out. The washer, the dryer, delivery, professional install, and any maintenance during your rental. If something breaks that isn't from misuse, we fix or replace it at no charge.

The exact set you receive isn't guaranteed to be one shown in photos, but we guarantee it'll be in good cosmetic and working condition.
Yes — once you've paid the reservation fee, we send you a simple lease agreement through SignWell. You can sign it from your phone in a couple minutes. The lease covers all the rental terms, damage policy, and responsibilities. We won't schedule delivery until we see the signed lease.
Call or text us. Normal wear-and-tear or component failures are on us — we'll repair or swap the unit out at no charge. Damage from misuse or accidents is the renter's responsibility, fully spelled out in the lease.
A standard 120V outlet for the washer, a 240V outlet for an electric dryer, hot & cold water supply lines, and a drain. We currently only service electric dryers — if you have a gas hookup only, you can still fill out the form to be added to our waitlist.
It holds your set so we don't rent it out from under you. The $20 you pay today is credited toward your first month's rent — you'll pay the remaining $40 on delivery day. After that it's $60/month flat. If we end up unable to service you, you get the full $20 back.
If you're staying inside our service area, we'll move the set with you for a small relocation fee. If you're moving out of the area, we'll schedule a pickup.
We rent to real households — pets, kids, and life happens. Just keep the machines clean and report problems quickly and we're easy to work with.
